Vitro is a fully glazed bioethanol fireplace, designed for interiors where a gas fireplace is not an option. Thanks to BEV® technology, the combustion of ethanol vapors is completely clean and smoke-free. The fireplace is equipped with a connection for a concentric flue system*, which removes excess heat and supplies fresh air, ensuring safe and stable operation. Vitro is available in three versions: Room Divider, Left Corner, and Right Corner, giving designers flexibility to fit the fireplace into various interior layouts. It can be integrated with a Smart Home System for convenient, modern flame control.
*The concentric flue system is not included.

Clean fire and complete temperature control

Vitro uses BEV® technology – an advanced ethanol vapor combustion system that creates a real, clean flame with no smoke, ash or toxic by-products. Fully electronic control allows you to adjust flame height and operate the fireplace remotely, ensuring maximum user comfort. Unlike most Planika fireplaces with BEV® technology, the Vitro model (like Sono) requires connection to a concentric flue system, which:
– supplies combustion air from outside the building,
– removes part of the heat to the outside.
This makes Vitro an excellent solution for projects where indoor climate control is essential – for example, in energy-efficient houses, passive homes, or commercial buildings. The concentric flue system is not included and must be provided during installation.

Natural fire in a clean, modern form

The Vitro is a fully glass-enclosed bioethanol fireplace designed for projects where a gas fireplace isn’t an option, but where design and functionality are equally demanding. It utilizes BEV® technology, which ensures clean combustion of bioethanol vapors, and is compatible with a concentric chimney, eliminating odor emissions, preventing air from entering the room, and allowing excess heat to escape. The Vitro is available in three configurations: Room Divider – for dividing open spaces, and Left Corner and Right Corner – for corner arrangements. Each configuration allows for the introduction of natural fire into the interior without the need for a traditional chimney, gas, or wood.

A multi-dimensional flame inspired by a classic fireplace

The Vitro model is equipped with a new type of BEV® burner with a unique arrangement of ceramic logs arranged on several surfaces and supported by special holders. This design gives the flame depth – it spreads not only in a line but also across and upwards, visually reminiscent of a campfire or wood-burning fireplace. This solution is perfect for projects seeking a more natural, dynamic fire – without a linear form.

The model is available in three versions: – Room Divider – ideal for dividing open spaces; – Left Corner – fire visible from the front and left; – Right Corner – view from the front and right. Each configuration allows for the introduction of natural fire into the interior without the need for partitions or physical barriers. Vitro is suitable for both living areas and commercial projects – as a dividing point, a focal point, or a space-organizing element.
