HOW TO USE PLANIKA’S DEALER ZONE QUICK GUIDE
Almost every day Planika’s customers send us numerous requests for marketing materials, technical specifications of fireplaces, manuals, etc. Seeing such a high demand, we decided to meet your needs by creating a freely available database of files to download.
1. WHAT IS DEALER ZONE?
DEALER ZONE is a place where you can find the most up-to-date materials concerning all our products. All you need to use the DEALER ZONE is an internet connection and a device with programs required to open individual files. Files are available in the following formats:
- 3DS, max, STEP – 3D models,
- DWG – AutoCad technical drawings,
- JPG/PNG – photos,
- MP4 – videos,
- PDF – text files.
Access to the database of files is very simple. Just click the DEALER ZONE button located in the upper right corner of our website window or by going directly through the link .
2. USING DEALER ZONE
DEALER ZONE is divided into two parts:
- Common area – no login required,
- For Dealers – available after logging in
a) COMMON AREA
Once in the DEALER ZONE page, click the ACCESS WITHOUT LOGIN button below the login window.
DEALER ZONE is divided into two areas – a navigation menu on the left, and a larger window presenting the contents, on the right.
There are two folders in the public area :
- MARKETING – You can find there such materials as: articles, catalogs, certificates, logos, photos and videos. By clicking on a particular folder you will see its contents.
- PRODUCT TECHNICAL DATA – This is the main and most extensive folder. It serves as a comprehensive knowledge about Planika products. Its navigation is extremely simple and intuitive.
The PRODUCT TECHNICAL DATA folder is divided into 3 subfolders:
- ELECTRIC ,
- ETHANOL,
- GAS.
They present three basic types of fireplaces in our offer. Clicking on them will show us all the models of products assigned to a given type. Moving on, you can choose a variant of the fireplace model. At the very end of the structure you will see technical data sheets, instructions, 3D models and technical drawings.
b) DEALER ZONE FOR PLANIKA DEALERS
To access the restricted area, you must enter the LOGIN and PASSWORD established during the registration process.
In addition to the above described folders, we will see an additional folder called DEALERS. It is mainly intended for our partners. It contains mainly COMMERCIAL DOCUMENTS, but also POS FOLDERS and SOCIAL MEDIA. Everything that has been described above AND the REGISTRATION PROCESS is clearly presented in the instructional video.
