Burning Ethanol Vapours® Technology

Patented BEV® technology ensures clean combustion of bioethanol vapors without the need for a chimney. The fully automated system transferes the fuel from the main tank to a smaller one, where a precise amount of bioethanol is gently heated and converted into vapour. The liquid fuel remains cool and never comes into direct contact with the flame.

Continuously monitors operating conditions and automatically shuts down the fireplace when necessary to ensure safety.

Detects vibrations or fuel leaks and instantly activates safety mechanisms to secure the fireplace.

The stainless steel top plate and tank ensure durability and high resistance to heat.

Fuel retrieval system

Any unused bioethanol is safely returned to the tank when the fireplace is not in operation.

Automatic Refueling System

Refuelling the Comet Table is safe and effortless. The integrated fuel pump and internal hose simplify the process: simply insert the hose into the fuel canister and press the button to begin refilling.

Is the Comet Table burner weather-resistant?

Yes, Comet Table is designed for outdoor use and is resistant to rain. However, it should not be turned on during heavy rain. After exposure to rain, wait until the burner is completely dry before using it again. Additionally, Tulum should not be used in temperatures below 0°C.

Does the Comet Table burner support Smart Home system?

No, Comet Table is not compatible with Smart Home Systems (SHS).

What type of fuel does the Comet Table use?

Comet Table uses a bioethanol, a renewable, plant-based fuel that creates a real flame without smoke or soot. Planika recommends Fanola® bioethanol, designed to guarantee clean combustion and optimal BEV® fireplace performance.

Does the Comet Table burner require an electrical connection?
