Service Regulations for Planika Fireplaces

1. Reporting Defects

1.1. All defects must be reported via the official form available on the Planika website:

2. Manufacturer’s Warranty

2.1. The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects and non-conformities reported within 2 years from the date of sale to the end customer.

2.2. Repairs under the warranty are carried out free of charge, unless the issue results from:

Mechanical damage or misuse,
Installation not in accordance with the instruction manual,
Use of improper fuel (not meeting manufacturer’s specifications),
Unauthorized modifications or interference,
Broken or removed warranty seal,
The warranty does not cover glass components.

2.3. In the case of a defect not covered by the warranty, the Service Department reserves the right to charge a fee for a service diagnosis. A repair estimate will be sent to the customer for approval in each case.

3. Extended 5-Year Warranty

3.1. The extended 5-year warranty applies exclusively to FLA 4 and FLA 4+ burners, including those integrated into Forma Fireplaces, under the following conditions:

The unit was purchased on or after May 1st, 2025, and
It was registered by the end user via the official warranty form-> within 30 days of the purchase date stated on the invoice.

3.2. Units purchased before May 1st, 2025, or not registered within the 30-day period, are covered by the standard 2-year warranty.

3.3. The extended warranty does not cover: internal fuel pump and heater.

4. Post-Warranty Service

4.1. For out-of-warranty products, service is subject to a fee.
4.2. The end user covers all costs of repair and transport.
4.3. A preliminary cost estimate will be provided for approval before the repair.
4.4. Payment must be made before the repair is carried out.

4.5. The Service Department may refuse repairs if spare parts are unavailable.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. These regulations are effective from 01.05.2025

5.2. The Service Department reserves the right to make changes to the regulations
