Privacy Policy — FLA3 Net Zero App
This Privacy Policy explains how PLANIKA Sp. z o.o. (“Planika”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal data when you use the FLA3 Net Zero mobile application (the “App”) published on the Google Play Store.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described below.
Summary. The App lets you control your Planika fireplace over your local Wi-Fi network. Fireplace control data stays between your phone and your fireplace. The App sends data to Planika only when you choose to: when you subscribe to updates or when you send a contact or service form. In that case we receive your user name, e-mail address, the content of your message and, for service requests, basic information about your fireplace (model, serial number, operating mode, error codes).
Data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) to a secured server operated for Planika. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertising networks or marketing companies. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected].

B. Fireplace Data
- Information about your fireplace: model/type, serial number, operating mode and error codes.
- This data is exchanged locally between the App and your fireplace to control it. It is sent to Planika only when you submit a service form, so that our service team can diagnose the problem.
C. What We Do Not Collect

- We do not use your data for profiling or for automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
4. Device Permissions and Why They Are Needed
Some permissions are granted automatically when you install the App; others are requested only when a function that needs them is used. You can withdraw requested permissions at any time in your device settings; some App functions may then stop working.
- Local network / nearby Wi-Fi devices: to find and communicate with your fireplace in the same Wi-Fi network.
- Internet: only to send forms you submit (e.g. “Contact us”, “Service form”) and subscription requests.
5. How We Transmit and Protect Your Data
