Extend FLA 4 / FLA 4+ warranty to 5 years

The extended 5-year warranty applies exclusively to FLA 4 and FLA 4+ burners, including those integrated into Forma Fireplaces, under the following conditions:

The unit was purchased on or after May 1st, 2025, and
It was registered by the end user via the official warranty form within 30 days of the purchase date stated on the invoice.

After your registration is verified, you will receive activation confirmation.

Units purchased before May 1st, 2025, or not registered within the 30-day period, are covered by the standard 2-year warranty.

The extended warranty does not cover: internal fuel pump and heater
